This fun and family friendly home has been set up for a fabulous Sunriver
Vacation. The home is light and bright and has room for the entire family to
spend time either together, or separately.

11 Pine Mountain Lane is located in a perfect area, just a short .25 mile walk
to the SHARC, or Fort Rock Park. It is close to Tennis Courts, Golf and the
Sunriver Village Mall where you will find shopping, entertainment and
restaurants.

The home is 2-level with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Upstairs, there is a King
Master Suite, a second King Master Suite and a third bedroom with a King Bed
and bathroom in the hall. The living room, dining room and kitchen are also
located upstairs.

Downstairs is a basement with a 4th bedroom with a double/twin bunk and an
additional twin bed. There is another full bathroom in the basement, as well
as a family room with wet bar and flat screen TV. There is also a foosball
table downstairs in a separate game room.
A portable crib and portable high chair are in the home for families with
small children.

There are new TV's in each room. There are DVD players as well. The home has a
gas fireplace in the living room for warmth and the furniture is newer and
comfortable. The home also has a garage for your convenience.

A private hot tub and deck with BBQ and comfortable patio furniture allow you

There are 5 adult and 2 youth bikes to explore the miles of paved bike trails
throughout Sunriver. (Please bring your own helmets)
Fort Rock Park is just a 'hop skip and a jump' from the home. With our perfect
location and fun filled home, we have an ideal set up for your family
vacation.

We allow pets at pet friendly homes only with prior approval and a
$15/night/pet, pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and
must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled.

separate rental agreement that will need to be electronically signed before
your stay.
