courts, tennis courts, a playground, basketball, a softball field, sand
volleyball, horseshoes, a pavilion shelter for picnics or gatherings, and
scenic paths. Enjoy easy access to Sunriver Village and the Deschutes River.

Located in a peaceful cul-de-sac, this home adjoins 15+ acres of forested
common space, offering maximum enjoyment, privacy, and expansive forest views.
