Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Everyone occupying the
rental must be at least 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21
will not be permitted. Identification of Each Guest must be presented at
check-in. Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the
home and will not be eligible for a refund. This rule does not apply to family
groups or otherwise approved by an Property Manager employee.

This South Padre Island beach house is a comfortable, upscale, modern home. It
is perfect for a large family or a group of friends. Just a short walk to the
beach (5 minutes or less) and you will be on the sandy beaches of South Padre
Island. The whole family will love to spend the day playing in the waves,
building sandcastles, and soaking up the warm Texas sun! The house is
centrally located on South Padre Island and within walking distance of the
entertainment district which includes a variety of restaurants and
breathtaking bay views.

With the beautiful heated pool, the whole family can refresh and unwind in
both the summer and winter months. The back deck and the second-floor front
porch are also great places to relax any time of year! The home has 6 bedrooms
and 3 baths which allow even multiple families to have plenty of space. And
even in this little corner of paradise, you will not miss your favorite
television shows or the big game; the living room and each adult bedroom are
equipped with large flat-screen TVs!
