Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Everyone occupying the
rental must be at least 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21
will not be permitted. Identification of Each Guest must be presented at
check-in. Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the
home and will not be eligible for a refund. This rule does not apply to family
groups or otherwise approved by an Property Manager employee.

people comfortably! The house is tastefully furnished with island decor and
offers a spacious living area for all guests to enjoy. This home encompasses
three floors. The first floor entails the entry way to the house, garage, and
a bedroom, which is located behind the garage next to the pool area. The
second floor entails two spacious bedrooms, a living area, dining area, and a
kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked to accommodate our guests' cooking
needs! The third floor consists of an oversized open master bedroom.

The backyard of this home is a tropical paradise offering a private pool and
hot tub. It's the perfect area for guests to relax while on vacation!

123 E. Georgia Ruth is located less than 1/2 a block from the beach, offering
guests easy access to South Padre Island's white sandy beaches!
