breakfast nook with seating for four, surrounding a large window overlooking
this quiet, Steamboat neighborhood. There is additional seating for four at
the dining room table connected to the living room.

As you pass through the kitchen, there is another bedroom and the master
bathroom. The bedroom can sleep up to 5 people with a twin over full bed as
well as a twin with a twin trundle. The bathroom has plenty of space and is
equipped with a bathtub for soaking your muscles after a long powder day! As
you make your way towards the back of the house, you will find a washer and
dryer. As you exit out the back, you will find a large outdoor seating area
with a grill, a table that seats 5, and a terrace with two couches. *Please
note that this backyard area is shared with the tenants who live in the back
guest house.
