Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Everyone occupying the
rental must be at least 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21
will not be permitted. Identification of Each Guest must be presented at
check-in. Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the
home and will not be eligible for a refund. This rule does not apply to family
groups or otherwise approved by an Property Manager employee.

The perfect place to get away from it all! The one-story private home features
3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. The living area is spacious and provides a great place
to relax after a day on the beach. (home is located less than 1/2 a block from
the beach) The kitchen is located off the living and dining area and is fully
stocked with ample cookware. The house offers a great floor plan and is
decorated tastefully. Each bedroom is spacious and allows for ample space for
guests to sleep and relax. The private pool and hot tub area are perfect for
families and friends to cool off and catch some sun. The house also entails a
garage for vehicles, and there is a washer/dryer located in the garage for
guests to use for laundry. This is the perfect island home for families and
friends to get together!
