The private, screened pool is equipped with a grill (propane is an ADDITIONAL
FEE), lounge chairs, patio seating, spa (pool heating is an ADDITIONAL FEE),
and a safety gate. Each bathroom is equipped with 1 roll of toilet paper
(additional toilet paper is the guest's responsibility). We will provide 1
pool towel & 1 bath towel per guest capacity.

PARKING: Please abide by parking guidelines provided by The Retreat at
ChampionsGate. There is a 5 car maximum per home. Additional cars are subject
to fees by The Retreat by ChampionsGate. Please utilize the parking space at
The Oasis Club for additional cars. Tropical Escape Resort Homes is NOT
responsible for any towing charges. Please contact The Oasis Club for more
information

TRASH PICKUP: Please utilize the bench located in the entryway of the front
door of the home. Trash pickup is every day.

CHECK-IN ACCESS: This home is protected by an electronic lock in which you
will receive details according to how you booked your home. Check-in time is
at 4PM. Please call our office for checking in early.

RESORT ACCESS: Each guest has full, free access the amenities at the Oasis
Club, which includes:
