in the fresh air. With this gorgeous property, you will want to plan on
spending just as much time outside as inside. The backyard is completely
fenced for your furry friend with plenty of seating, an outdoor fire table,
and propane heater for those chilly evenings of star gazing with only the
sounds of the crickets and the frogs. Dine Al Fresco or have a soak in the
private 6 person hot tub in this very private, secluded yard. The garage is
set up as a game room with ping pong and foosball. Open the garage door to
find a basketball hoop, and a very long paved driveway. Bring your bikes, for
beautiful rides through the forest. River access in the National Forest just

*The community is a "Dark Sky" neighborhood and requires outdoor lights to be off by 10pm until Memorial Day. From Memorial Day to Labor Day lights need to be off by 11pm.
