This condo is the perfect place for a family getaway.
This condo is made up of a studio and a 2-bedroom combined.
The studio portion (A side) living room offers a seating area to enjoy a meal
and has a Flat Screen TV. The bed is a King-sized bed, so you don’t have to
worry about a typical Murphy bed sleeping arrangements in a studio.
The bathroom offers a small vanity area and a combination tub/shower.
The kitchen offers a small fridge, a microwave, and a 2 burner stop top so you
can cook a quick bite before heading to the beach. This studio also offers a
wash machine and dryer in the condo.
The 2-bedroom (B side) portion of this condo has a living room that offers
comfortable seating and one of the couches folds out to a Queen Sofa sleeper.
There is dining area that can accommodate 6 with additional seating at the
kitchen bar. The large kitchen is the perfect place to cook a dinner for 8.
All the cookware and dishwasher you could need is already in the condo so all
you need is your catch of the day.
The guest bedroom offers a Queen-sized bed and the guest bathroom features a
combination tub/shower.
The Master bedroom features a King-sized bed and balcony access. The Master
Bathroom has a vanity area and combination tub/shower.
A separate washer and dryer is offered in the B side of the condo as well.
This condo features wireless internet.
You must check-in at our office located at 895 Santa Rosa Blvd. Fort Walton
Beach, FL 32548. If you are arriving after 5 pm you will find an envelope with
your information in your condo. Please call our office in advance for the door
code. Check-In is 5 pm. On Saturdays we may experience slight unavoidable
delays, we ask for your patience in this regard. We do not guarantee a 5 pm
check-in. No refund will be given for check-in’s that occur later than 5 pm.
We do not allow or guarantee early check-in either. Early check-ins may
require an additional fee. Your driver’s license or state ID must be presented
at time of check-in.
