Larger than it looks, this five bedroom beachfront cottage houses 14 guests
which includes two air mattresses. This oceanfront home is great for large
families! Located in a serene North Beach neighborhood with the dune crossover
to the beach "only 25 feet across a lightly traveled sand road". You've got
easy access to the beautiful unspoiled beach just outside your door. Located
in a residential area, the beaches here are much less crowded and you are
close to everything the island has to offer. "The ocean views are spectacular
but the view of the sandy beach is limited by the tall sand dunes in front of
the home. Even so, the view of the ocean, the sound of the surf and the ocean
breezes let you know you are in an oceanfront home in paradise." There is also
a Hot/Cold outside shower and a fish cleaning station.

2 Dogs permitted at this property with a non-refundable pet fee and acceptance
of Property Manager's Pet policy. Will allow two small dogs. Only dogs 40
pounds and under permitted. Sorry, no cats.

This is a smoke free property. No smoking inside or outside of this property.
Parking for up to four vehicles.
