Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Everyone occupying the
rental must be at least 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21
will not be permitted. Identification of Each Guest must be presented at
check-in. Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the
home and will not be eligible for a refund. This rule does not apply to family
groups or otherwise approved by an Property Manager employee.
4616 Gulf (North) is a 7 bedroom/7 bathroom beachfront townhome with a private
pool!
The home accommodates up to 20 guests in beds, allowing 22 people maximum.
The property is a vast 5500+ square foot beachfront estate with a private
pool.
The 1st floor encompasses the first guest bedroom and a large open concept for
the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen is perfect for making
large family meals. The kitchen is built for a chef, with ample countertop
space for meal preparation, huge refrigerator and freezer, and massive propane
stove. The large counter space offers plenty of room for extra seating close
to the dining area. The living room features a large flat screen tv with a
large couch able to accommodate guests while watching their favorite shows or
movies. Enjoy sitting in the living, dining area, or kitchen while overlooking
the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico!
The second and third floors entail 6 bedrooms, each with their own private
bathroom. The bedrooms are all exceptionally large, especially the master
suites! This home offers balconies on the front and backyard, whether you want
to watch your family and friends play in the pool area, or hang out on the
oceanside where you can see South Padre Island's beautiful white sandy
beaches. The property is also located within walking distance to local
restaurants, entertainment venues, shops and much more!
**Please note that this property does have a shared driveway and entry gate.
There are also two garage apartments at the front of the property that may be
in use by others during your stay. These apartments are not included in the
rental of this property (4616 Gulf North).**
