has been beautifully restored with granite counters, recessed lighting,
hardwood floors, central air/heat and decks galore. The 2804 sq ft home
features cable TV, WiFi, beds for 16 guests, washer/dryer, full kitchen and
room to breathe. The two twin beds are rollaway beds for children.

room to breathe. Entering the home, the open concept dining, living and
kitchen areas are large enough to watch TV, play games at the table and
prepare meals leaving no one out of the family fun. The utility room is on the
1st level with a half bath and the washer/dryer. Going upstairs, you’ll find
the balcony overlooking the backyard, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bathroom
and the master suite with a king bed, jetted tub/ shower and private balcony.
Going to the 3rd floor, up narrow stairs, you’ll enter the large, open loft
area with 4 full size beds, TV and a table to chill and play games. Antiqua
Key offers a gated backyard for privacy and off street parking, outdoor shower
and a charcoal grill. All of this is nicely situated just blocks to all of
Galveston’s fun, activities and festivities!

Rentals include furnishings, linens, kitchen equipment, appliances, heating
and air conditioning.

What to bring:

A. We do not furnish foods of any kind such as seasonings, condiments, etc.,
grilling supplies such as fluid, charcoal, personal soaps such as shampoo body
wash, etc. or cleaning supplies such as dish soap, laundry soap, etc.

B. A "starter" supply of paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels,
garbage bags, etc. are in each unit, the renter is responsible for additional
products during their stay.

C. Beach and Pool items: towels, chairs, umbrellas, sun block, repellents and
toys!
