hearth or enjoy a show on the flat-screen TV. Windows overlooking the
neighboring treetops provide a lovely reading nook complete with a large
bookshelf and window seat. If staying in for a meal, the open kitchen and
dining room allow for easy conversation and entertaining, and the large island
with granite countertops combined with the stainless-steel appliances and
Thermador six-burner range are sure to delight the home chef. The table
provides seating for eight and the kitchen island has seating for four. A half
bathroom is conveniently located next to the kitchen.

The main suite, located off the kitchen area, features a king-size bed,
luxurious linens, gas burning fireplace with a stone hearth, and flat-screen
TV. The large en suite bathroom that includes a sitting area with built-in
storage and large mirrors, two marble sinks, granite countertops, and a tiled
shower with a glass door complete the private oasis.

The second level offers hours of fun in the family room with a pool table,
wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV, and comfortable furniture, or relax in
the soothing private hot tub outside. A bedroom with a full-size bed and en
suite bathroom, and a bedroom with queen bunk beds and en suite bathroom,
provide plenty of space to rest peacefully at the end of a fun-filled day.

The ground level offers yet another bedroom with king size bed, flat screen
TV, wood-burning fireplace with stone hearth, cozy sitting area to enjoy a
warm beverage and an attached bathroom, with a whirlpool tub and separate
shower. As you walk through this room and en suite bathroom it leads to a bunk
room that has two custom-built bunk beds with built-in storage underneath,
offering the perfect space for a family to share!
