BeachGate Condo Suites and Oceanfront Resort - - Deluxe Suite 2 Bedroom 2 Bedroom Apartment hotel

BeachGate CondoSuites is an ocean front hotel and resort located RIGHT ON the
beach in Port Aransas, TX. We have 5 buildings on property totaling over 70
rooms. Room diversity is one of our strongest attributes, as we boast more
than 10 room types to choose from. Whether you're looking for a standard hotel
1 Queen, or a 4 bedroom 4 bath condo for the entire family, we have you
covered with numerous options. We currently have 2 pools on property - one is
heated with a connecting hot tub. A 3rd pool is scheduled to begin
construction in late June. Our pool areas also offer 2 BBQ grills, pool chairs
and palapas, shuffleboard court and corn hole. Exclusive to BeachGate is our
own private beach driveway - which is restricted with gate access by our
guests only. We also have guest laundry facilities and a vending machine on
site. There is a firepit area out towards the beach, horseshoe pits, serenity
garden, as well as numerous dog walking areas. For our guests coming down to
fish, we have a fish cleaning house on property as well. 4 of the 5 buildings
have elevator access, and parking is free all throughout property.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo comes with granite countertops, stainless steel
appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, and granite bath surrounds. The living
room has 2 sleeper sofas, which fold out and sleep 2 per sofa. This unit has
its own personal around balcony with 2 chairs. We have bath towels in the room
and pool towels in the office. We do not provide beach towels or beach chairs.

Please be informed that this unit only allows dogs. The maximum number of dogs
is 2 no exceptions. There is a $25 per pet per day pet fee applied and will be
collected by the Host upon arrival. Please contact them directly to arrange
this and for any related questions after you have booked the property.
