Look no further for a TRUE ski-in/ski-out condo. Feel right at home in this
larger 3-bedroom condo that sleeps up to 10 people.
Pet Friendly limit of 2 dogs, with additional fee of $100 per dog. Relax in
front of the gas fireplace and watch a movie on the flat screen TV. There is a
large L couch in the living room that supplies plenty of sitting. The newly
remodeled kitchen is well appointed and features granite counters and
stainless steel appliances. There are 4 seats at the breakfast bar, and the
dining room table seats 6 people comfortably. The private balcony looks out
towards towering lodge pole pine trees which adds to the mountain feel. There
is a full bathroom off the kitchen.
The first bedrooms has a King, a flat screen TV, and another private balcony.
The second bedroom has a set of Bunk Beds with a Twin over Full. This bedroom
has a mini-refrigerator, a microwave, and an en suite bathroom. The third
bedroom has a King Bed, Twin bunk beds, and a queen sized pull out futon. This
bedroom has its own TV and mini fridge along with its own en suite bathroom.
Copper Mountain Inn is ski-in/ski-out to the American Eagle chairlift, which
accesses intermediate terrain. There is also a "magic carpet" surface lift for
first timers and beginners located right next to the American Eagle. There is
an easy groomed trail that runs behind the building that accesses the Green
Acres learning area. Green Acres has a "bunny slope" chairlift that is great
for kids and beginners. This condo has a great location for all abilities!
Laundry facility located on the third floor. There is one assigned parking
spot in the garage beneath the condo. All overflow vehicles can park in the
North Alpine Lot at the entrance of Copper Mountain for an additional charge
during the winter, summer is free.

There is no smoking allowed in all properties. Pets are only allowed in
designated "Pet Friendly" properties. An additional pet fee is required for
each pet, with prior approval only. This is part of the reservation form with
booking direct with for "Pet-Friendly" properties.
No parties larger than the maximum number of guests allowed in the rental at
any time. As in your own home, renters are subject to citations for noise
violations, etc. handed down by public officials. Remember you are staying as
a guest in someone's home, where much investment has been made to make your
stay enjoyable; please treat all private property with respect.
