Enjoy one of the best spots in Telluride with this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo
at the Viking Lodge. Sleeping 12 guests, Viking Lodge 100AB is the perfect
rental for multiple families or a girls/guys ski trip. With 9 separate beds,
900 square feet of deck space with gas grill, a prime location on the
Telluride river trail, and just a few minutes walk to the base of Chair 7 ski
lift, this condo ticks just about every box imaginable. The Viking Lodge has a
hot tub on site, free parking (2 spaces for this condo), free wifi, and a
washer and dryer in the condo. The condo comes fully stocked with shampoo and
conditioner, soap, lotion, dish soap, laundry powder, salt, pepper,
humidifiers, extensive cookware, coffee maker and crock pot.

The spacious main living area of the condo features a gourmet kitchen with
granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a dining table
for 6 to 10 guests, and a warm inviting lounge area. A large sectional sofa
faces a gas fireplace and a large flat screen TV. There is also an office desk
in the corner. There are 3 sets of French doors off the main living area that
open out to the deck. The 900 square foot deck is a major highlight of this
property. The huge deck that wraps around the south and west facing sides of
the living room. This deck overlooks the Telluride river trail and the San
Miguel river. Fire up the gas grill and relax in the sun - you will enjoy
Telluride's most envied deck space!

Just off the main living room is the king master suite. The master features a
large wardrobe, flat screen TV and an en suite bathroom with a combined shower
and tub. This en suite also serves as a bathroom for the main living area.
There is a separate door off the entrance hallway for access. Upstairs, there
are two additional guest bedrooms. One has a queen sized bed with a flat
screen TV and gorgeous west facing views. This bedroom also has a fantastic
nook with a double bed - be prepared to put up a fight to get dibs on this
dark, cosy cubby. The second upstairs bedroom faces east and has 2 twin beds.

Back on the ground level, to the rear of the building is the 4th bedroom. This
4th bedroom is essentially it's own self contained studio. It is privately
connected to the front section of the condo, but has an additional
kitchenette. This suite is perfect for a couple with a baby who may be getting
up in the middle of the night, or for grandparents who might like to enjoy a
quiet cup of tea in the morning. This bedroom has a queen bed, plus full size
bunk beds. The bunks can be folded up, out of the way if they are not needed.
Or the bottom bunk can be left folded down to serve as a sofa. It also has a
kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, cook top, toaster, coffee makers,
sink and basic amenities for meals such as plates, bowls and silverware. The
suite also has an en suite bathroom with a rain shower.

This sleek Viking Lodge condo is a modern, comfortable getaway with a
Scandinavian inspired design. This bright condo sleeps 4 between the King Bed
and bunk beds (maximum 2 adults). The updated kitchenette offers a
refrigerator, cooktop and microwave with a 4-person table, a perfect place to
enjoy your wine and cheese after a long day of hiking or skiing. The spacious
primary bedroom has a new king bed, large flat screen TV, and a black leather
sofa in the corner making up a relaxing retreat from the excitement of your
adventures in and around Telluride. If you re looking for an updated, modern
vacation rental, this is the place for you.

***Viking Lodge HOA has a planned roof replacement for this building (A). We
do not have a confirmed start/end date at this time, but anticipate June-
October 2025 work period. There will be equipment and contractors visible
around the property throughout the summer. We anticipate intermittent
construction noise. Please note Town of Telluride municipal code requires
construction noise is limited to the hours of 8am-6pm M-F 9am-6pm on
Saturday.**

heated pool (summer only) in our complex. There is parking on site at the
Viking Lodge, and the grocery store is just a 5 minute walk away.
