quiet part of town with lots of complex amenities to enjoy like outdoor pool,

fireplace, watch a movie with the family, or cook a meal in the fully equipped
kitchen. The kitchen features all granite countertops, open floorpan, and bar
seating. The loft is a perfect spot for the kids to hang out and watch TV with
their own private space.

The master bedroom features a King bed, flat screen TV with DVD player, and
en-suite attached bathroom with granite countertops and shower. The second
bedroom has a Queen bed, flatscreen TV with DVD player, and access to the
hallway bathroom with granite countertops and tub/shower combo. The loft
upstairs features a Double bed, 3 Twin beds, flatscreen TV with DVD player,
and upgraded bathroom with remodeled shower. The unit has private washer and
dryer, making it a convenient home away from home.

Horizons 4 is just a short walk to Vons, restaurants, movie theatre, and is
right next to Sierra Star Golf Course! PLEASE NOTE: There may be construction
in and around this complex during the Spring/Summer. This may include but not
limited to common areas, roof replacement and repairs, parking lot resurface.
We have no control over the schedule of work and cannot ask for them to be
rescheduled to accommodate unit occupancy. We apologize for any inconvenience.
All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to
enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness
facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum
of 9 people, there are 17 steps to the unit, 2 levels inside, and no smoking
or pets are permitted. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more
parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for
