Step into Inlet Reef 618, your luxurious getaway on the beautiful Emerald
Coast.

Located on the sixth floor of Inlet Reef, this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has been
totally renovated to make sure you have the best vacation possible.

When you step into the spacious 1360 square foot condo you will notice the
open concept living space. The living room offers plenty of comfortable
seating options and the couch folds out to a Queen Sofa sleeper. The living
room features a large flat screen TV and large floor to ceiling sliding glass
doors that lead you to your private balcony. The balcony offers great views of
Destin and a partial Gulf view.

The dining table is situated between the living room and the kitchen and can
seat 6.

The spacious kitchen offers ample counter space to cook a feast for the family
or a quick bite before heading the beach downstairs. The kitchen has full
sized appliances and small appliances like a blender and Keurig. The cookware
and dishes are provided as well so you just have to stop for groceries once
you’re in sunny Destin. This condo has a washer and dryer in the condo so you
don’t have to worry about coin laundry. On one side of the Kitchen is the
Washer and Dryer Area, home to a fold-down Queen Murphy Bed that is built into
the wall and has a TV.

The guest bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and large flat screen TV. The guest
bathroom has a combination tub/shower.

The Master bedroom has a King-sized bed, large flat screen TV, and access to
the balcony and the Destin breeze. The attached master bathroom has a large
vanity area and walk in shower.

If you’re looking for a beach filled vacation, look no further than Inlet Reef
618. The owners have even included seasonal beach service (2 chairs and 1
umbrella) with your reservation!

Inlet Reef club offers a community pool, tennis courts, community charcoal
grills, and a fitness room.
If coming East from the Mid-Bay Bridge look for Target, McDonalds, and
Walgreens to be on your right and Gulf Shore Dr. is on your left. If coming
west from Fort Walton Beach look for Target, McDonalds, and Walgreens to be on
your left and Gulf Shore Dr. to be on your right. Inlet Reef will be on the
left side of Gulf Shore Dr. after the 2nd stop sign.
Only 1 dog under 35 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100
plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. On-site requires the dog wear a lanyard if
outside of the condo, that they provide and must be returned at check-out.
Current shot records are required prior to check-in as well.. Although Inlet
Reef allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in
Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.
