of dining seating available, as this property has two large dining tables in
separate dining areas, and additional bar seating available in the kitchen.

Stemming off the kitchen you’ll notice the enclosed laundry room, complete
with a full size washer and dryer.

The Living Room boasts a large flat-screen HDTV, a Blu-Ray/DVD player, and two
separate access doors the wrap around balcony. The master bedroom is
magnificent, with a King bed, a flat-screen HDTV, DVD player, amazing Gulf
views, and access to the wrap-around balcony.

The master bathroom is large and opulent: a dual vanity encased with granite,
separated from main part of the bathroom where you’ll find the walk in shower
and an additional shower/bathtub combination.

The two Guest Bedrooms are side by side, with the Guest Bathroom next door.
This whole area can be closed off from the remainder of the condo via the
privacy door at the beginning of the short hallway.

The first Guest Bedroom has a Queen and Full bed, a flat-screen HDTV, and a
DVD Player. The second Guest Bedroom has a large King bed, a flat-screen HDTV,
and a DVD player. The Guest Bathroom’s vanity is encased in granite and has a
bathtub/shower combination.

The condo is nicely done in tile throughout, except for the carpeted bedrooms.
This property easily sleeps eight guests comfortably, with no Sofa Sleeper
needed. This condo also comes with complimentary Wi-Fi internet access.

your left and Gulf Shore Dr. to be on your right. Inlet Reef will be on the
left side of Gulf Shore Dr. after the 2nd stop sign.

Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.
