This luxury residence is located on Depot Avenue in beautiful and historic
Telluride, Colorado. With 4 bedrooms, and 4.5 bathrooms, sleeping up to 8
guests in total, this vacation rental property offers a prime location, within
easy walking distance of all of the action. The home has stunning Ajax views
from the main living area and boasts a host of amenities including a glass
elevator, 4 decks, 2 gas fireplaces & a heated parking garage.

You enter this residence from Depot Avenue, right next door to the River Club.
On this entry level there is a king guest bedroom with an en suite. To the
right of the entryway is a door leading into the heated garage. Up one level
is the spacious, open plan living area. There is a fully equipped gourmet
kitchen, dining table for eight guests and a stylish, L shaped navy sofa
surrounding the gas fireplace and a flat screen TV. There is a large deck off
the main level that faces east, and boasts some of the best box canyon views
of anywhere in town. This would be the ultimate spot to watch the 4th of July
fireworks. There is a smaller deck off the kitchen area with a gas grill.

Up one level again is the spacious and very private master suite. The bedroom
itself has a king sized bed, a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and opens out to
a small balcony with gorgeous mountain and ski area views. The master has a
decadent en suite with an oversized tub, steam shower and his and hers sinks.
There is also a walk in wardrobe. Down a small hallway is a small room with a
futon and flat screen TV - perfect for the kids who don't want to sleep too
far away from parents, or a baby in a crib. There is also a deck off this
small nook room that has gorgeous views of Ajax Peak.

On the basement level of the home are 2 additional bedrooms - one has a king
bed and the other has a sleeper sofa that can comfortably sleep 2-3 kids once
the sofa is flattened out.
