or stairs. The first level above the ground floor has an open-plan kitchen and
living room, wet bar, plus a formal dining area adjacent to the kitchen, one
guest bedroom with en suite bath, laundry room with laundry sink, and a half
bath. The second level has a furnished central hallway with a wet bar, three
more guest bedrooms with baths, and the master bedroom with an en suite bath.

The first level above the ground floor has a kitchen that is a chef's delight.
There are plenty of cabinets and quartz-top counters, a large pantry an island
with a farmhouse-style stainless steel sink, and five high-boy bar chairs on
the living area side. All appliances are high-end stainless-steel, including a
dishwasher, countertop glass-top range, two built-in self-cleaning and
convection ovens with built-in microwave oven drawer under the island, and
refrigerator/freezer with freezer drawer below with ice-maker. Everything is
provided to prepare full-course meals should you so desire. Just bring the
food! Also for your convenience is a Keurig coffee maker. Adjacent to the
kitchen the living room is nicely furnished with two matching sleeper sofas, a
coffee table, and two side chairs on an area rug with a wall-mounted large
flat-screen TV. There are expansive sliding glass doors leading out to an open
but covered furnished balcony overlooking the canal, pool, and back bay.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the formal dining room with a table seating eight
and sliding glass doors out to the two open but covered furnished balconies
overlooking the canal, pool, and back bay. The guest bedroom on this level has
a king-size bed, nightstand, and lamp, a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV,
and a balcony looking out over the boulevard with the Gulf of Mexico beyond.
The en suite bath has a closet, quartz vanity with lavatory and storage space
beneath, commode, and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with a glass wall and
large rain showerhead.

Access to the next level again is via elevator or stairs. At the top of the
stairs is the furnished central hallway with a wet bar with sink, cabinets,
and under-cabinet lighting. At each end of the hallway are doors providing
access to balconies, one overlooking the boulevard and the Gulf, and the other
overlooking the canal, pool, and back bay, furnished with a table seating
four. As noted there are three guest bedrooms on this level, a second laundry
room, and the master bedroom with en suite bath. One of the guest bedrooms has
a queen-size bed, nightstand and lamp, corner chair, double dresser with lamp,
and a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom
with a quartz-top vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a commode,
and a combination tub/shower. This also leads into the next guest bedroom,
furnished with a Trundle bed with two full-size mattresses and a wall-mounted
large flat-screen TV. The last guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, nightstand,
lamp, a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with
quartz-top vanity with lavatory, commode, and nicely tiled walk-in shower with
glass wall. The large master bedroom has a king-size bed, nightstand, and
lamp, sliding glass doors out to a covered balcony overlooking the canal and
back bay, as well as a door leading out to the other deck with the table
seating four. There is a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, a large walk-in
closet and the en suite bath has a quartz vanity with dual lavatories, a
separate commode room with a pocket door, and a large nicely tiled doorless
walk-in shower with glass wall.

Last but not least is the ground level covered and furnished pool-side lanai.
The lanai has a table seating six, plenty of lounge chairs, a gas grill, and a
seating group consisting of an L-shaped cushioned sofa with end tables and an
ottoman on an area rug. The pool is heated and has a spa that flows over into
the pool.
