offers a spacious two story layout. On the upper level is the open plan living
room with cozy propane fireplace, and large sectional couch and dining area
for six. Enjoy the bonus den area off the kitchen where you can sit and read
or book or sip on your morning coffee, or the kids can take over. The kitchen
is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. There is one
bedroom on the upper floor featuring a King bed, along with a full bath with
walk-in shower. On the lower level are the two remaining bedrooms, one with a
Queen bed, and the other with two Twins. The remaining full bathroom with
tub/shower combo is access from the hall. You can enjoy the upper private
patio and take in the forest setting. This unit sleeps a maximum of 8 people,
is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. The unit is in close proximity to
all of Mammoth Estates amenities, including outdoor pool and BBQ grill (Summer
only), outdoor year-round hot tub and recreation room with a pool table, ping
pong, coin operated laundry facilities. All guests receive complimentary full
access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated
pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and
more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required
