blocks from the Town Lift plaza. Located in the heart of Historic Old Town
Park City, this recently renovated property sleeps up to 10 guests. It's
walking distance to the Old Town action of restaurants, galleries, shops, and
bars with convenient access to skiing at Park City Mountain. Plus, it is only
a block from the free city-wide shuttle, so it's easy to get to Deer Valley
Resort, Canyons Village, and other Park City area destinations.
This 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo is incredibly spacious and features a Victorian
exterior complete with stained-glass windows. The main bedroom has a queen
bed, a private deck, and en suite bath with walk in shower, and double sink.
It also has a gas fireplace and TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed, gas
pot bellied stove, and its own private bath with a large stand-alone shower,
tub, and double sink. This bedroom also offers convenient street access. The
third bedroom is downstairs and has a queen bed, TV, and en suite ¾ bath. The
fourth bedroom, located downstairs, offers a unique queen bunk bed and TV.
There is a hall bath downstairs with a claw-foot tub/shower combo.
The large, open living room is warm and welcoming with a large screen TV and a
cozy gas fireplace. There is a small deck off of the living room and dining
space. The fully-equipped kitchen is equipped with all Bosch appliances and
has everything you need to prepare and serve meals and snacks, perfect for
maximizing time with family and friends. The dining table offers seating for
10 and the kitchen has bar seating for two.
The common, covered garage can accommodate one vehicle in a dedicated space.
