the best part of all: the balcony. The massive balcony has retractable
shutters, two ceiling fans, and five plush outdoor chairs. From this balcony
you are granted a one hundred eighty degree panoramic view of Destin’s beach,
Oceania’s pool, and the Gulf of Mexico. You are so close to the water you can
taste the salt in the air.

Walgreens to be on your right and Gulf Shore Dr. is on your left. Oceania has
one assigned spot for each unit under the building. Any other car must be
parking in the unassigned areas up front. There are two elevators located in
the middle of the building and one located on the end of each side of the
building next to the stairs.

If coming west from Fort Walton Beach look for Target, McDonalds, and
Walgreens to be on your left and Gulf Shore Dr. to be on your right.

Once you've turned onto Gulf Shore Drive. Oceania is located on the left,
first condo complex on the left after you pass the stop light.
