The master bedroom has a large King bed, and the guest bedrooms both have a
Queen. The walls are painted a cool light beige with comfortable furnishings
to make you feel right at home. The master bath has a double vanity for your
convenience and a tub for your relaxation needs. You and your friends and

Condo comes with FREE Beach Service during season - two beach chairs and one
umbrella.

Complex amenities include beach chair service, one private parking spot,
complex pool, gated entry, an exercise room, and gas grills.
If coming East from the Mid-Bay Bridge look for Target, McDonalds, and
Walgreens to be on your right and Gulf Shore Dr. is on your left. Oceania has
one assigned spot for each unit under the building. Any other car must be
parking in the unassigned areas up front. There are two elevators located in
the middle of the building and one located on the end of each side of the
building next to the stairs.

If coming west from Fort Walton Beach look for Target, McDonalds, and
Walgreens to be on your left and Gulf Shore Dr. to be on your right.

Once you've turned onto Gulf Shore Drive. Oceania is located on the left,
first condo complex on the left after you pass the stop light.
