This 3BR/3BA 2000 square foot gulf-front condo has a spectacular view of the
Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to
cook a complete meal. The condo has a large King size bed in the master
bedroom and one of the guests bedrooms, with Queen size bed in the other guest
bedroom and a full sofa sleeper in the living room.
The large living and dining area with its floor to ceiling windows and sliding
doors offers an unobstructed panoramic view of the Gulf and Pass and allows
access to a spacious balcony. You can enjoy the view of the Gulf from the
kitchen, dining area, living room, and two of the three bedrooms.
The condo is furnished with a large HDTV, complete with HD digital cable and
BluRay player for all your entertainment needs. And the owner will provide you
with a complimentary beach set up 2 chairs and 1 umbrella to enjoy the sun and
beach during season.
Complex amenities include beach chair service, one private parking spot,
complex pool, gated entry, an exercise room, and gas grills.
If coming East from the Mid-Bay Bridge look for Target, McDonalds, and
Walgreens to be on your right and Gulf Shore Dr. is on your left. Oceania has
one assigned spot for each unit under the building. Any other car must be
parking in the unassigned areas up front. There are two elevators located in
the middle of the building and one located on the end of each side of the
building next to the stairs.

If coming west from Fort Walton Beach look for Target, McDonalds, and
Walgreens to be on your left and Gulf Shore Dr. to be on your right.

Once you've turned onto Gulf Shore Drive. Oceania is located on the left,
first condo complex on the left after you pass the stop light.
