the living room. The condo has a King size bed in the master bedroom, a Queen
in the second bedroom, a set of Twins in the third guest bedroom, and a Queen
size sofa sleeper to accommodate your guests.
This nicely furnished condo is relaxation at its best: living room with its
floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors offers an unobstructed panoramic
view of the gulf and pass and allows access to a spacious balcony. Amenities
include spa like master bathroom with tub and separate shower, large flat
panel HDTV in living room and internet access.
Complex amenities include beach chair service, one private parking spot,
complex pool, gated entry, an exercise room, and gas grills.
If coming East from the Mid-Bay Bridge look for Target, McDonalds, and
Walgreens to be on your right and Gulf Shore Dr. is on your left. Oceania has
one assigned spot for each unit under the building. Any other car must be
parking in the unassigned areas up front. There are two elevators located in
the middle of the building and one located on the end of each side of the
building next to the stairs.

If coming west from Fort Walton Beach look for Target, McDonalds, and
Walgreens to be on your left and Gulf Shore Dr. to be on your right.

Once you've turned onto Gulf Shore Drive. Oceania is located on the left,
first condo complex on the left after you pass the stop light.
