As you enter, the condo opens up to the Living Area on your right, and the
Kitchen and Dining Area on your left. The Living Area comes with a wraparound
sectional sofa sleeper couch (with a gel memory foam mattress), a big screen
HDTV, a sound bar, a BluRay player, HD cable, and balcony access. The Dining
Area seats eight guests, is rectangle in shape, and is positioned under a
stunning chandelier. The adjacent Kitchen has bar seating for three additional
guests. The Kitchen comes with a plethora of granite counter space, stainless
steel appliances, and all the pots, pans, dishware, and silverware needed to
prepare your favorite meal. There is a washer and dryer room tucked behind the

accommodates two is connected to this bedroom.
Finally, we come to the Master Bedroom Suite. The suite has a large King size

Walgreens to be on your right and Gulf Shore Dr. is on your left. Oceania has
one assigned spot for each unit under the building. Any other car must be
parking in the unassigned areas up front. There are two elevators located in
the middle of the building and one located on the end of each side of the
building next to the stairs.

If coming west from Fort Walton Beach look for Target, McDonalds, and
Walgreens to be on your left and Gulf Shore Dr. to be on your right.

Once you've turned onto Gulf Shore Drive. Oceania is located on the left,
first condo complex on the left after you pass the stop light.
