Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to
cook your favorite meal, including all pots, pans, appliances, dishes, and
silverware. This condo has a large King size bed in the Master bedroom, with a
King bed in one Guest bedroom, and two Twin beds in the other guest bedroom.
The bedding allows the condo to sleep 6 guests in comfort and ease.

The large Living and Dining area, with its floor-to-ceiling windows and
sliding doors offers unobstructed panoramic views of the Gulf and allows
access to a spacious balcony. You can enjoy the view of the Gulf from the
Kitchen, Dining area, Living room, and the Master bedroom.

The condo is completely furnished with a large HDTV in the living area and TVs
in each bedroom as well.

Complex amenities include beach chair service, one private parking spot,
complex pool, gated entry, an exercise room, and gas grills.

Complimentary beach service is provided to you, so 2 chairs and 1 umbrella
will be set up daily on the beach so you can enjoy the sun during season.
If coming East from the Mid-Bay Bridge look for Target, McDonalds, and
Walgreens to be on your right and Gulf Shore Dr. is on your left. Oceania has
one assigned spot for each unit under the building. Any other car must be
parking in the unassigned areas up front. There are two elevators located in
the middle of the building and one located on the end of each side of the
building next to the stairs.

If coming west from Fort Walton Beach look for Target, McDonalds, and
Walgreens to be on your left and Gulf Shore Dr. to be on your right.

Once you've turned onto Gulf Shore Drive. Oceania is located on the left,
first condo complex on the left after you pass the stop light.
