Avenue #216 (silver) unit features a fully equipped kitchen, dining
room/living room and half bath downstairs with three private bedrooms and two
full bathrooms upstairs. The bedding in 216 offers 1 full bed in the first
bedroom; 1 queen bed in the second bedroom and 1 queen bed in the third
bedroom. Additionally, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the sitting area
adjacent to the dining room. The living room offers a large flat screen tv
with HDMI plug in. Two of the three bedrooms offers flat screen televisions
with HDMI plug in capabilities. Other amenities include carport parking,
changing facilities with showers, common area hot tub and outdoor heated pool,
laundry room, outdoor heated pool and sauna. This comfortable property is
great for families and offers a home away from home in a magnificent mountain

~Park City's free city-wide bus system is easily accessible from the Park
Avenue Condominiums.
