guests. One parking space is also provided. It's a great location for skiing,
dining, shopping, and nightlife! It's also on the free town shuttle route to
access Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village and Utah Olympic Park.

The main bedroom features a king bed, a 36" flat screen TV, iPod dock and a
full private bathroom. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and a 32" flat
screen TV with DVD and stereo. There's a convenient second full bath adjacent
to the guest bedroom. There's a sleeper sofa in the living room.

The inviting living room has a 42" satellite TV, iPod/CD player, and a cozy
wood burning fireplace. The living room is open to the fully equipped kitchen
and easy dining table for 6 plus the breakfast bar seating 3.

The Park Station complex offers free wi-fi, laundry facility, elevator,
parking, and an indoor hot tub and sauna. Park City Mountain's Town Lift
generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort
for current status and updates. Moderate rating.

PLEASE NOTE: This property is located next to the courtyard. The courtyard
areas, including the outdoor pool and outdoor hot tub, will be closed for
renovation from mid-April, immediately following the closure of the ski
resorts, through the fall of 2025. Please note that construction may take
place between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday-Saturday. Thank you
