large and welcoming living area with a Queen-size sofabed, flat-screen TV, gas
fireplace, dining for 8 (plus 4 at the bar stools), and a fully stocked
kitchen with large countertop/bar. Great location next to the clubhouse and
complex amenities.

The main level offers a bunk room with 2 Twin-over-Twin bunk beds and an en-
suite bathroom with a combination tub/shower, the 2nd bedroom has two Twin
beds. There is a second bathroom on the main level in the hallway. Upstairs
you will enjoy the Master Bedroom with King bed, large vanity, and en-suite
bathroom. The top floor has a second bedroom with a Queen bed and an en-suite
bathroom.

base of the Steamboat Ski Resort, which is a short 2-3 minute walk from your
front door, or a short ride on the Free Private Shuttle! Phoenix Townhomes
offer FREE WIFI and an outdoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, and an exercise
facility with sauna. The clubhouse also offers a pool table. Please note that
amenities may be unavailable in the off-season and for maintenance without
notice.

GETTING AROUND:
The Phoenix is located one block away from the ski area on Apres Ski Way, just
a short walk to the Gondola. Winter shuttle service for transportation to
grocery stores and downtown Steamboat Springs.
