reservation.
\- IF LOCAL AUTHORITIES ARE CALLED INTO THE PROPERTY DURING THE GUEST STAY,
THE SECURITY DAMAGE DEPOSIT WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY.

MAX OCCUPANCY ORDINANCE:
City of Plantation Maximum Occupancy Ordinance:
The maximum number of occupants authorized to stay overnight shall be a total
of eight (8) occupants.
Up to four (4) persons under thirteen (13) years of age are exempt from and
shall not count toward the occupancy limits set in Subsection 14-246
14-218(a).

PARKING:
ONLY 4 CARS ALLOWED at the front driveway

QUIET HOURS:
We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 pm-8 am (city ordinance).
During this period, no music should be played outside, and voices/sounds
should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed.

NOISE AWARE:
This property has been equipped with a Noise Aware device, which monitors the
noise level inside and outside of the home. If the sound level has been
exceeded, it will immediately alert the Property Manager, and a friendly
message will be sent to the guest to remind them to keep the noise level to a
minimum, to avoid complaints from surrounding neighbors, or police
involvement.
Please note, that we do allow guests 21 years or older to check-in and must be
staying at the property.
