Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. House in not
riverfront, however it does include SHARED access to the river across the
street. Neighboring house may be rented by a separate party during your stay.

Our barn is completely remodeled and fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, 1 loft,
2 full baths, kitchen, dining and living area. Bring the whole family to tube,
swim, kayak, or fish the beautiful waters of the Guadalupe River. Gather
around the shared fire pit and outdoor space shared with the neighboring house
(Ponderosa Country Haus) which is also available to rent and sleeps an
additional 14 guests. Neighboring house may be rented by a separate party
during your stay.

Across the street there is a gated walkway with direct access to the Guadalupe
River. Nice shallow area of the river great to bring a chair and sit in the
water and watch the tubers go by! Little Ponderosa Outfitters is right down
the street to rent tubes and shuttle service. Just a short drive to Sattler
with a grocery store, liquor store, dollar store and dining options. Only 10
minutes from Canyon Lake Dam. Schlitterbahn, Downtown New Braunfels and the
Comal River are less than 30 minutes away.

The barndominium is an amazingly unique rustic but elegant place to stay. The
great room has attention to detail with a vaulted ceiling. The living area has
plenty of comfortable seating, sink into the huge sectional to watch the big
screen 75-inch Smart TV and free Wi-Fi. The dining table seats 10 with 4
additional bar stools for the kitchen island. The kitchen has Brazilian Marble
counter tops and is fully equipped with full size appliances, pot/pans,
dishes. All the comforts of home including a washer and dryer. Guest bathroom
is convenient to all rooms downstairs.

All 3 bedrooms have 65-inch Smart TVs. The spacious master bedroom has a queen
bed, and private full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 full over full bunk
beds, and the loft space has 2 queen beds. Interested in fishing? This is the
perfect place for you! The Guadalupe River is stocked with trout starting
December 1st!

There are wonderful tube rentals, shuttle services, and entertainment up and
down River Road! The best fishing in the area! Just a short drive to Gruene
and downtown New Braunfels, which both offer several restaurants,
entertainment, and numerous activities. Gruene Hall is the oldest dance hall
in Texas and a famous landmark. Gruene also offers great shopping, restaurants
and wine tasting. Close to the San Marcos outlet malls, Schlitterbahn and
Canyon Lake. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and
must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. This home has a maximum
occupancy of 14 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any
time. No daytime guests allowed.

You can park 6 vehicles at this property. To comply with city and county
short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are
monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection
up to $1500.

WINTER MONTHLY RENTALS - if you are interested in renting monthly in the
winter months, please contact Property Manager for pricing details. This
property is $2500 per month.
