condo has the largest patio and a view of the Comal River. Great pool area
with hot tub, outdoor communal charcoal grills, across the street from
Schlitterbahn Water Park and direct Comal River access to start or end your
float. It is walking distance from the shops and restaurants in downtown New
Braunfels. Beautiful place from family vacations. Easy to make it your
favorite getaway!
This condo overlooks the crystal-clear Comal River. Get out just steps away
from your own backdoor or walk up to the Garden St. Bridge for a soothing 30
minutes of “Cruising down the River” – perfect for the little ones. Rockin' R
is a local tube outfitter which can pick up in the parking lot next to Camp
Warnecke between Memorial Day and Labor Day. For any reservation outside of
that time period, the Rockin' R shop is located only a half of a mile away.
The kitchen opens into the dining and living area and is fully equipped. The
dining table seats 6 and there is room for 3 more at the breakfast bar.
Amazing living room that provides a fabulous view of the river and is perfect
for gathering to play games or for watching TV, and in the evening the couch
folds out into a queen size sofa sleeper. The master bedroom has a king-sized
bed and private bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has 2 twin size
beds, and the third bedroom has a full-size bed that can retract into the wall
and add additional space. The guest bathroom is conveniently located near the
second and third bedrooms. Each bedroom has cable TV as well as the living
room. Washer and dryer as well. Spend your evenings on the beautiful patio
overlooking the Comal River after a long day of tubing or just relax and enjoy
the amazing view! All linens are furnished.
Only two parking passes provided with one guaranteed numbered spot. The second
parking pass is for general parking and is 'first come first served.' This
condo is on the ground floor. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a
reservation and must be staying at the property for the duration of the stay.
Guests will also be provided with 8 wristbands (max amount allowed). No pets
allowed. No smoking allowed. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests.
This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests
allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions,
the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property
includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** This property has wristbands that
need to be returned to our office location upon departure. These condos are
individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be
rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to
ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of
the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security
guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and
that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be
offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are there to ensure
that you have a fabulous time!
