Construction at Pearl Hotel (located at 310 B Padre Blvd- right next door)
will be taking place until March 2022. Construction can begin from 8 AM to 6
PM, M-F, and various Holidays.

***SPRING BREAK POLICY - Family groups must complete a guest registration form
during these dates (March 1st - 31st & April 7th- April 17th), which then has
to be approved by the Sapphire Resort's Property Manager. We advise that you
send this information to us PRIOR TO BOOKING, but no later than 72 hours after
making your reservation. If we are unable to confirm your group's information,
within 72 hours of booking, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
The HOA's rules state that family groups must fall under & abide by the
following: 1. Individuals who share ties of blood, marriage, or adoption; a
group residing together and consisting of parents, or parents, children, and
other relatives by blood or marriage; a group of individuals residing together
who have consented to an arrangement similar to ties of blood or marriage. 2.
Parents or grandparents must stay at the Sapphire with their children the
entire length of their rental-lease agreement. 3. Minimum of one adult, 30 or
older if there are any children over 15 years of age. If there are more than 3
children over 15, then two adults, age 30 or over are required. ***
