Renovated Fall 2020! Sapphire #2301 is a gorgeous 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom
Beachfront condo located on South Padre Island, Tx! Professionally decorated
with coastal decor, this beachfront property is the perfect vacation getaway.
The condo accommodates up to 8 guests and provides views for miles and miles
from the 23rd beachfront balcony.

The living room is nicely furnished and offers plenty of seating for guests to
relax. While sitting in the living room, guests can have a view of the ocean
while watching tv! The kitchen entails granite countertops and stainless steel
appliance. Guests will enjoy preparing meals in this fully stocked kitchen.
Unlike a lot of Sapphire units, this condo has a large dining table for guests
to sit. The three bedrooms are nicely furnished with brand new beds. The
master bedroom features a king size bed and large master bathroom with double
sinks. The bathroom has a jetted tub and a walk in tile shower. The second
guest room has two Queen size beds and shares a large guest bathroom. The
third guest room has a Twin size bunk bed and a Twin single, sleeping 3 guests
total.

Because this is a corner unit, the views from the balcony are expansive with
the ocean directly in front of you, and additional fantastic aerial beach and
ocean views facing north. At Sapphire #2301 guests have a west balcony as well
on the bayside, which has an outside electric grill. The bay views from the
west balcony are phenomenal!

Each reservation is provided with a starter kit of essentials ONLY (toilet
paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry
detergent). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length
of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you
may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the
following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home,
and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make
your stay more enjoyable: coffee and standard coffee filters, condiments and
spices (salt & pepper, sugar, cooking oils etc.), bottled water, hair dryer,
ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block,
extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates,
and/or first aid kit. In addition, furniture or decor may be different from
what is pictured as updates are made from time to time to replace wear and
tear.

Please note that, in addition to rental units, Sapphire is a residential
property. Many of the units are occupied by owners that live here full time.
Upon booking, you will receive a list of the Sapphire's rules and regulations.
Guests are asked to respect and obey the Sapphire's rules so that everyone can
enjoy their time at the resort. This brief note is to emphasize the fact that
the Sapphire vigorously enforces these rules. Failure to abide by them may
result in fines and eviction. Refunds will not be given to any guest that is
evicted as the outcome of breaking any of the Sapphire's rules and
regulations.

As of April 2024 Sapphire guests are no longer allowed to use the pool or hot
tub amenities at Margaritaville (formerly The Pearl).
