Welcome to Sapphire #402! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, oceanfront condo
features elegant furnishings and decor. It has a fully stocked kitchen with
stainless steel appliances, an open concept dining area, and a spacious living
room with large flat-screen TV! Guests will enjoy the fantastic oceanfront
views from the balcony that faces the Gulf of Mexico. Your master suite offers
a very comfortable place for rest and relaxation, equipped with a King size
bed, flat-screen TV, and large private master bathroom. The master bathroom
has a large window facing the ocean so you can get beachside views from bed!
Enjoy the oversized soaking tub or the spacious walk-in shower, plus a large
vanity and vanity mirror providing ample space for getting ready for a morning
around town or a night out! Guests have a choice between two additional
bedrooms. The first is equipped with a Queen size bed and a bunk bed with a
twin top bed and full bottom bed. The second, also has a Queen bed. Both guest
bedrooms have a flat-screen TV as well. Guests have access to a shared
bathroom with a combination bathtub & shower. The condo also features free
WiFi and a washer and dryer in unit for your convenience!

Step outside and enjoy the sunrise and sea breeze from your private ocean-
front balcony, or enjoy the sunset from the second balcony facing the bay.

Each reservation is provided with a starter kit of essentials ONLY (toilet
paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry
detergent). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length
of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you
may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the
following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home,
and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make
your stay more enjoyable: coffee and standard coffee filters, condiments and
spices (salt & pepper, sugar, cooking oils etc.), bottled water, hair dryer,
ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block,
extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates,
and/or first aid kit. In addition, furniture or decor may be different from
what is pictured as updates are made from time to time to replace wear and
tear.

Please note that, in addition to rental units, Sapphire is a residential
property. Many of the units are occupied by owners that live here full time.
Upon booking, you will receive a list of the Sapphire's rules and regulations.
Guests are asked to respect and obey the Sapphire's rules so that everyone can
enjoy their time at the resort. This brief note is to emphasize the fact that
the Sapphire vigorously enforces these rules. Failure to abide by them may
result in fines and eviction. Refunds will not be given to any guest that is
evicted as the outcome of breaking any of the Sapphire's rules and
regulations.

As of April 2024 Sapphire guests are no longer allowed to use the pool or hot
tub amenities at Margaritaville (formerly The Pearl).
