Mountain. The building offers complimentary Wi-Fi and shared coin-operated

balcony seating, breakfast bar, and two dining tables.

The well equipped kitchen has everything needed to cook fantastic meals at
home.

When it’s time to eat, both the kitchen bar and the table seat six.

This condo sleeps 8 guests between two bedrooms and the large loft area.

The loft area is set up as the Master offers a king bed, and en suite
bathroom. It also features a large picture window and flat screen TV.

The first Bedroom features a queen bed with a flat screen tv.

The second bedroom is furnished with One twin XL -over-twin XL bunk and One
Twin XL over Queen Bunk.

Another bathroom is located just outside both of these bedrooms on the first
floor.

Relax on the private balcony with comfortable seating. This balcony has one of
the best views of Copper Mountain.

Assigned parking is available for one car in the heated parking garage. Any
other vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot for an additional fee during
the winter, summer is free.

This condo does not have air-conditioning.

In warmer months, head to hiking trails or fishing spots to enjoy the Colorado
sunshine. Adventure enthusiasts can take a ride on the Rocky Mountain Coaster
at Copper, dine outside at restaurants, or enjoy any of the other activities
Copper and Colorado have to offer.

There is no smoking allowed in all properties. Pets are only allowed in
designated "Pet Friendly" properties. An additional pet fee is required for
each pet, with prior approval only. This is part of the reservation form with
booking direct with for "Pet-Friendly" properties.

No parties larger than the maximum number of guests allowed in the rental at
any time. As in your own home, renters are subject to citations for noise
violations, etc. handed down by public officials. Remember you are staying as
a guest in someone's home, where much investment has been made to make your
stay enjoyable; please treat all private property with respect.
