beautiful Comal River; across the street from Schlitterbahn; an easy walk to
the downtown shops, bars and restaurants. The perfect location for your family
vacation. This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo overlooks the crystal clear
Comal River. Enjoy Schlitterbahn located just across the street, float the
Comal River and get out just steps away from your own backdoor or walk up to
the Garden St. Bridge for a soothing 30 minutes of “Cruising down the River” –
perfect for the little ones. Rockin' R is a local tube outfitter which can
pick up in the parking lot next to Camp Warnecke between Memorial Day and
Labor Day. For any reservation outside of that time period, the Rockin' R shop
is located only a half of a mile away. Enjoy the pool and hot tub or explore
the beautiful Hill Country. So many things to do you’ll want to stay forever!
The kitchen with all new appliances, which opens into the dining and living
area, is fully equipped for all your cooking needs! The dining table seats 6
and there is room for four more at the breakfast bar. Amazing living room that
provide a fabulous view of the river and is perfect for gathering together to
play games or for watching TV. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and
private bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and the third
bedroom has a twin over full size bunkbed. The guest bathroom is conveniently
located near the second and third bedrooms. Spend your evenings on the
beautiful balcony overlooking the Comal River after a long day of tubing or
just relax and enjoy the amazing view! All linens are furnished.
Only two parking passes provided with one guaranteed numbered spot. The second
parking pass is for general parking and is 'first come first served.' This
condo is on the ground floor. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a
reservation and must be staying at the property for the duration of the stay.
Guests will also be provided with 9 wristbands (max amount allowed). No pets
allowed. No smoking allowed. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 9 guests.
This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests
allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions,
the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property
includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** This property has wristbands that
need to be returned to our office location upon departure. These condos are
individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be
rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to
ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of
the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security
guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and
that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be
offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are there to ensure
that you have a fabulous time!
