Includes shared Comal River access May through September, less than a 3-minute
walk from the house. Avoid the crowds at the tube chute and enter the river
through this shared access down a pathway and stairs to enter the river. The
pathway is approximately 3 ft wide and the stairs down to the river access are
narrow, approximately 2 ft wide.

Delightful downtown New Braunfels, TX home that is walking distance to the
Comal River Tube Chute, Schlitterbahn waterpark, golfing, swimming, dining,
shopping, and dancing. Across the street you will find a tubing shuttle and
rental. This property is just minutes from the I-35 corridor with access to
San Antonio (25 min) and downtown Austin (45 min). Take a short drive (5 min)
to Gruene for shopping, dining, dancing, and the Guadalupe river floating.

with deep soaking jetted bathtub. There is a guest bedroom downstairs with a
queen size bed. Upstairs there is an additional living room very spacious with
a full over full bunk bed, and Smart TV. Three bedrooms upstairs. The first
has a queen size bed, second with a full over full bunkbed and a twin and the
third with a twin over twin bunkbed. There is a guest bathroom upstairs. This
house can sleep 14 comfortably.

Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be
staying at the property. Parking for up to 5 vehicles. This property is dog
friendly with a 2 dog maximum at $25 per day per dog. Dogs must be under
40lbs. Current shot records are required. Please make sure your breed is not
on the do not rent to breed list, no smoking, no parties. Residential area of
New Braunfels. This home has a maximum occupancy of 14 guests. This maximum
occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To
comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor
areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes
accidental damage protection up to $1500.

WINTER MONTHLY RENTALS - if you are interested in renting monthly in the
winter months, please contact Property Manager for pricing details. This
property is $3000 per month. This rate does not include river access. River
access is available at an additional rate.
