Nestled among a dozen palm trees, this charming residence is elevated 19 feet
above an acre of sandy paradise, offering 100 feet of waterfront access. Enjoy
breathtaking water views from every window, and relax on the front porch
overlooking the ocean, where you might catch a glimpse of shrimp boats
returning in the early morning.
The two-tier deck features a sunken, heated* plunge pool that provides a
perfect vantage point to admire the bay. Keep an eye out for dolphins drifting
by in the early evening. The accommodation boasts four bedrooms, each equipped
with Smart TVs and en-suite bathrooms. The fully equipped open-concept
kitchen, outdoor boil and steam cooker kit with a crab trap, and beach BBQ pit
ensure a delightful cooking experience.
Dine in style at the 12-foot table indoors or choose one of the two picnic
tables outside for an al fresco experience. The spacious great room features
comfortable Haverty’s sofas and chairs, while hammocks and beach chairs invite
you to lounge at the water's edge. This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom haven includes
all the essentials like WiFi and a full-size washer/dryer, along with
delightful extras such as an outdoor bamboo shower, 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards,
outdoor games, life vests, fishing equipment, and pool towels.

As with all of our Property Manager, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI,
along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet
paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2
;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1\. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be
present for the entire stay.
2\. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be
exceeded at any time. (Children under 2 are welcome and do not count toward
occupancy.)
3\. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4\. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and
Guidance.
5\. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6\. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7\. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8\. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9\. This home is NOT pet-friendly.
