Butts are to be disposed of properly and not left anywhere on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. • The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. • The home has a maximum occupancy of guests.
