with an extra kitchenette and a place to seclude yourself from the teens or a
place for other guests with the attached lockout studio!

The primary bedroom with king sized bed overlooks a stunning beach. The guest
bedroom has two twin beds and there is a sleeper sofa in the den. The best
part is this unit can be rented as a two bedroom or you can also rent the
studio with a king bed next door all in one! So much room for families and
couples. Both units together sleep 8!

Enjoy the bright, cheerful colors and gorgeous location of this condo in
Tops'l Summit, where you'll wake up each morning to commanding views of the
Gulf of Mexico and the Miramar Beach shoreline. Take in the view from floor-
to-ceiling windows and the private balcony, and indulge in such wonderful
resort amenities as swimming pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, all within an
easy walk of the beach!

On the grounds of the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, you'll be a short walk
from the sugar sands of Miramar Beach, indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a
putt-putt course, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and
basketball. You can ride the free tram to the beach as well, and dine at two
wonderful restaurants on-site. There are more than a dozen golf courses to try
out in the surrounding area, as well as fantastic shopping, dining, and other
attractions at Baytowne Wharf (two miles north), the Silver Sands Premium
Outlets (two miles west), and Destin Commons (seven miles west).

THINGS TO KNOW

No guests under the age of 25 are permitted as the primary renter (children
are welcome!), regardless of marital status and/or military status.
No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
This rental is located on floor 10.
Parking notes: Guest check-in and access to TOPS'L Beach & Racquet Resort
starts at 4:00 pm CST. Please proceed to the Guest Registration building to
acquire your parking pass. Should you arrive after the hours of operation, you
may pick up your parking pass from the security gate at the main entrance. On
the following morning, please proceed to our Guest Registration building to
