October 18th 2021. This is planned to be a two week project with the elevator
out of commission from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday thru Friday. ( It will be operable
before 8 am and after 5pm each day.)*

This vacation home has many upgrades! 3 SMART TVs, for Netflix, HULU or other
services using your own account!! All 3 bathroom showers have been remodeled,
the master and hallway showers are tiled from floor to ceiling, the third
bathroom has a new tub with tiled enclosure. Newly installed tile, baseboard,
and furnishings throughout! Wall outlets added in the bedrooms for multi-
device and USB-charging.

Truly feel at your home away from home with all the modern enhancements in
this 3rd floor, 3BR/3BA gulf front condo. Panoramic views of sugar white beach
and sparkling gulf water from your large corner, covered balcony!

Includes a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials and quality
appliances. More amenities include recently replaced FULL SIZE Washer & Dryer,
4 Flat Screen TVs, 1 DVD, icemaker, full kitchen with all appliances. 40" Flat
Screen TV in Living Room (SMART).

Parking for 2 cars only - parking permit per vehicle required $32/veh; monthly
guests, please note, a new permit required per month.

Monthly stays are from the 1st of the month to the 1st of the next month. We
do not prorate our rates.

Please Note:
\- The occupant that rents the property must be staying in the property, must
check-in with us, and they must be at least 25 years old. If the guests are
under age, they will not be allowed to check-in and they will forfeit their
payment. The individual who makes the reservation must be the individual who
checks in. No exceptions.
\- Late check-ins are not permitted to any guest during the spring or the
Hangout Festival. The guest must show up and check-in before 5PM CT.
\- Parking permits required. Max 2 vehicles
