Welcome to Estero Island Beach Villas #603, the perfect beachfront vacation
address in paradise! Located in the quieter North end of Estero Island, this
two-bedroom, two-bath sixth-floor gulf-front condo has a 180-degree view of
the Gulf of Mexico. It is an easy 15-20 minute walk to Times Square and the
numerous boutiques, restaurants, and nightlife afforded at this end of the
island. Guests will have access to the trolley stop, and restaurants, as well
as your on-site pool and patio with gas BBQ grills, tables, and chairs with a
privacy fence surrounding it. Its proximity to the Sky Bridge offers easier
ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, downtown Fort Myers, as well as
Southwest Florida Regional Airport all within a 20-40 minute drive.

Entry is via elevator to the sixth floor and into an entry foyer and the open
plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. The kitchen is a chef's delight and
everything necessary to create full-course meals is available, or just toast
and coffee in the morning. Just bring the food! The condo is equipped with all
the amenities you are accustomed to at home. Off-street covered and open self-
parking, in-unit laundry, complimentary WIFI, cable, and 3 smart TVs for
streaming. The condo has a new AC and ceiling fans throughout.

The living area is nicely furnished with a full-size sleeper sofa and matching
loveseat, end table and lamp, and a coffee table on an area rug. Opposite the
seating area is a credenza containing books for all ages, and games, and above
is a wall-mounted 55-inch smart TV. Sliding glass doors from the living area
provide access to the gulf-front screened-in lanai with table and seating and
a ceiling fan. You will be swept away by the expansive views, the peacefulness
of the Gulf waters, and the sugar-white sand beach in front of you. From this
vantage point, you will see amazing sunsets, Sanibel Island to the west, and
then nothing but the open Gulf of Mexico to the south.

The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed with a new Molecule
Arctic LUX cooling antimicrobial mattress, nightstands, lamps, and an armoire
with three drawers that also open up to a smart TV. There are sliding glass
doors from this bedroom out to the previously described lanai, and the windows
in this bedroom also offer a view of the Gulf of Mexico. The bathroom has a
granite vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a full wall mirror,
a closet, and a nicely tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom, bath, and
laundry area are accessible through a pocket door. Behind louvered doors is a
stacked washer and dryer set. The guest bathroom has a granite vanity with a

The spacious guest bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed with a
nightstand and lamp, as well as adult-friendly bunk beds with full mattresses
on the top and bottom. There is ample closet space and a tall double dresser
with a smart TV. The view from this bedroom looks out over the back bay.
