THE PROPERTY
The condo's main and unique feature is the great living room that is open to a
large, corner lanai with sunset views over the golf course. The spacious lanai
offers plenty of sitting and lounging space for your whole family to enjoy
morning coffee or breakfast. The master bedroom comes with a king bed, tv, and
direct lanai access. The master bathroom has been updated with a large walk-in
shower with a seat, double vanity, and custom cabinets. The kitchen offers
stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped. The second bedroom has tv, a
queen bed, and opens up to the spacious lanai. The second bathroom has a
shower tub and single vanity. There is an elevator for your convenience.

Bonita Bay Resort sits on 2,400 acres among natural wildlife. It offers 5
private golf courses, private beach club on the Gulf of Mexico with in-season
shuttle service, fitness center, pickle ball, bocce ball, full service marina,
restaurant and bar, and 4 parks. Free canoe/kayak rentals, fishing piers,
picnic areas, playgrounds, butterfly gardens, a boardwalk to the back bays, as
well as miles of walking and bike trails.
Nearby attractions include Enchanted Ballroom (0.3 miles), Bonita Springs
Farmers Market (0.3 miles), and Promenade At Bonita Bay (0.3 miles).

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN EACH VACATION RENTAL
Welcome Basket
Every rental receives a welcome basket which includes a number of essential
items to get your stay started. Our gift basket includes a roll of paper
towels, a spare roll of toilet tissue (in addition to one new roll provided in
each bathroom), a new kitchen sponge and detergent for washing the dishes,
several laundry & dishwasher detergent pods, dryer sheets, kitchen trash bags,
etc. Also provided are some other thoughtful items like popcorn, coffee, etc.
A single bottle of shampoo/conditioner is provided for those folks who either
forgot to bring it or are here for a very short time and were not able to
bring it with them in their carry-on luggage. Hand soap is also provided at
every sink. The items provided are designed to get your stay started, but are
not intended to last the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than a
couple of days are expected to purchase and replenish their own items that
they consume.

Don't need a whole month? No problem. We offer many properties where you can
stay for a few nights, a week, or any number of nights. At
NaplesFloridaVacationHomes there's no need to rent an entire month, with a few
exceptions.

Late December, February, and March are the busiest months of the year, with
the greatest demand. Consider a winter getaway in January, early December, or
April. Naples, FL is a beautiful place to visit any month of the year. Enjoy
the best rates from late April through mid-December.
