This charming and spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath residential home has extensive
amenities as well as easy access to the water and a shared dock across the
street. Bring your fishing poles as the dock is a great place to fish or
simply relax and enjoy a glass of wine or your morning coffee. This home is
located 5 miles from downtown New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn and the Comal
River!
There is a boat launch 1.5 miles away at Schumann's Beach boat ramp for a $10
launch fee OR launch for free underneath I-35 at the boat ramp. This home does
not include access to the boat lift/slip but you can anchor up and tie off to
the dock while you stay.
Lots of room to spread out for family or friends in this very spacious living
room with a sofa sleeper, love seat, comfy chair and additional nook seating.
Free WIFI and smart TV (no cable). Take a few steps up into the kitchen with
all the essential amenities as well as a dining table with seating for 4. The
second living area has a sofa sleeper and a Smart TV. With the guest bathroom
conveniently located off the kitchen with easy access from the 2 guest
bedrooms. Each guest room has a twin over full bunk bed. The expansive master
bedroom has a queen bed, Smart TV and adjoining bathroom suite with washer and
dryer.
The backyard with its rustic covered deck is the perfect place for a barbeque
with seating and a propane grill. Plenty of room to set up your own volleyball
court or play catch in the spacious backyard. Make time for star gazing at
night around the fire pit (firewood not provided). And the best part is you
can bring your fur friend!
Garage access adds extra space to lounge with a full-size refrigerator/freezer
for extra food & drink storage. Shaded parking with an asphalt driveway and
path to access the lake.
Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be
staying at the property. This property is dog friendly with a 2 dog maximum at
$25 per day per dog. Please note the back yard is not fenced in.
No Smoking, no parties. No campers or RV's allowed. Family friendly home with
no tolerance for bad behavior. This house has a maximum occupancy of 10
guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime
guests allowed. You can comfortably park 4 vehicles at this property. To
comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor
areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes
accidental damage protection up to $1500.
WINTER MONTHLY RENTALS - if you are interested in renting monthly in the
winter months, please contact Property Manager for pricing details outside of
January and February which is $3000 per month. There is an additional $100 per
dog per month fee, with a max of 2 dogs.
